It boasts a commanding view of the Saint John Harbour that is further enhanced by its southern exposure. The property is zoned Multi Family (RM-1). A plan is prepared to request rezoning of the site to Commercial (B-2). A conceptual plan has been prepared showing a structure that could be developed as a two-storey commercial or residential structure. Future Upgrading to Somerset Street
